Conscientiousness and Openness to Experience Predict Job Performance in Public Service All-Remote Workforce

This study investigates how personality traits influence job performance in a fully remote public service workforce, with particular emphasis on the role of the Big Five personality dimensions.
Contribution
The findings demonstrate that Conscientiousness and Openness to Experience are significant predictors of job performance in remote work environments. The research contributes evidence to discussions surrounding workforce design, remote work, employee selection, and organizational effectiveness in the evolving workplace.
